Hey there! I'm a degree-qualified coach and mentor, and my goal is to help you achieve yours! I was awarded a 1st BA (Hons) from York St John University in Counselling, Coaching and Mentoring (2022). I am a Level 5 Coach and Mentor, Certified by the Chartered Management Institute. I am a lifelong learner and love helping others with their learning journey.

My role in supporting university students is multifaceted, blending both academic and personal development. I am dedicated to helping students articulate and achieve their learning and life goals, fostering a sense of purpose and direction. Working collaboratively to identify their strengths, values, and interests, aligning these with their aspirations to enhance motivation and satisfaction with their university experience.

I provide guidance on effective time management, stress reduction techniques, and strategies for maintaining a healthy work-life balance. I encourage regular self-reflection and mindfulness, empowering students to cope with the pressures of university life.

Motivation is a key driver of academic success, and I help students discover and nurture intrinsic motivation. Through our sessions, I guide them in breaking down larger goals into smaller, more manageable tasks, facilitating a focused and less overwhelming approach to their academic journey.

In my coaching approach, I strive to create a safe and nurturing environment where students can feel empowered to share their fears and concerns. By working together and exploring solutions to personal and academic challenges, we can unlock the potential for growth and transformation.
