Each session is tailored to your needs, blending mindset coaching, emotional support, and simple wellbeing tools to help you feel more balanced, empowered, and clear. Whether you're feeling stuck, struggling to stay on track, or just need someone to talk to who understands - I’m here to guide you with care and practical insight.
My approach is gentle, holistic, and grounded in experience working with neurodivergent students, creatives, and sensitive thinkers. You don’t need to have it all figured out - just come as you are.
