Advert description
If you don’t want to go to a group class or prefer to learn independently at your own time and pace, I offer private yoga classes. A private one-to-one class allows you to focus on your individual practice and tune in to your body.

Classses will take place in my tranquil yoga studio. The classes can be tailored to your own ability and level of fitness and can be scheduled to fit in with your busy day. Lessons can be in the daytime or evening to fit your schedule
