Math and non verbal reasoning for students from year 3 to year 5

Maths has always been my favourite subject, and I bring that same structured, problem-solving mindset into every session breaking questions down to the underlying pattern, then building understanding back up step by step, so it sticks.

My particular strength is non-verbal reasoning the visual pattern, sequence, and spatial questions that come up in grammar school entrance exams. Rather than drilling past papers, I teach the rules behind the questions shape, count, position, direction so children can solve anything unfamiliar, not just what they've practised. I pair this with confidence-building maths tuition, and I keep sessions feeling like solving puzzles rather than sitting through a lesson.
