Hi, I'm Kilan Parmar! I'm an Economics student at the University of Leeds, and I'm looking to start tutoring maths at Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 (Foundation level). I got a grade 7 in GCSE Maths myself and a B at A Level, so I know exactly what it takes to build the skills and confidence needed to do well — and I still remember what it's like to be sitting where you (or your child) are now, which I think makes a real difference when it comes to explaining things clearly rather than just assuming you'll "get it."

I'm also happy to help push Foundation students towards reaching the Higher tier band, if that's something they're aiming for.

I believe support with maths should be accessible to all students, not just those who can afford premium tutoring rates. I'm not a fully qualified tutor yet, just a student who's good at maths and enjoys helping others understand it.

I currently split my time between Leeds (term-time, University of Leeds) and Rugby, Warwickshire (holidays), so online tutoring works best for keeping things consistent. That said, if you're local to either area and in-person sessions would suit you better, I'm happy to see if we can make that work.
