I offer supportive, interactive online coaching sessions designed to help students build focus, organisation, motivation, and confidence. My lessons are personalised to each student’s needs and combine goal-setting, practical study strategies, time management techniques, and mindset exercises. I use discussion, reflection, and small exercises to encourage students to take ownership of their learning, helping them overcome challenges and develop resilience.
As a second-year university student, I understand the pressures and challenges students face and can relate to their experiences, which allows me to create a safe, empathetic space for growth. I am also training to become an ADHD coach, giving me insight into different learning styles, focus strategies, and ways to manage distractions and overwhelm.
My sessions are suitable for students seeking support with study habits, motivation, organisation, and personal growth. I tailor each session to the student’s goals, working at a pace that suits them while helping them build practical skills and long-term strategies.

My aim is to help students feel confident, capable, and motivated, so they can approach their studies with clarity and resilience, while developing skills that support both academic success and personal growth.
