Primary school teacher, teaching at KS1 and KS2 level and 11+ preparation. (Specialising in working with children living with ASD)

Hi! I am Kayleigh, I am 25 and I a primary education practitioner. I currently work in SEN provision for children with Autism. Planning and delivering bespoke lessons, for each of my students. I also lead our phonics within primary and work closely with the SENCO on sensory items and the use of these in school. have also worked with the occupational therapist to develop fine and gross motor programmes across the school. However, within my role teaching, I teach within the national curriculum and have been teaching for 3 years. I also coach karate and dance. I have been doing this for 10 years and was the basis of my development and progress in teaching.
I started tutoring because I am passionate about education and allowing children the chance to learn and thrive. Everyone has potential to be unlocked, they may just need a nudge to get there. Which is my job!
