I describe myself as a hardworking person, always focused on growth. I would adjust my lessons to the students age and level

I currently have no experience on teaching but it has always been a passion and a career path I would love to take I would use my first lesson to do a personalised assessment to determine the level of the student. From this I would then prepare the appropriate learning material for them. I would track their progress after every completed week, this way I can see if the method being used it’s helping the student, if there’s anything they feel would make it easier for them to improve and what we need to focus more on. Every person is different, so it is important to adjust the lessons. It is important to gather feedback for further development and improvement not only of the student but also myself as a teacher
