Hi! I’m an English graduate from UCL, and I’m passionate about helping students feel more confident in English and enjoy the subject rather than feeling intimidated by it. My lessons are relaxed, supportive and tailored to you. Whether you need help understanding a difficult text, structuring an essay, improving your writing or preparing for an exam, we’ll work through things step by step. I won’t just give you the answer — I’ll help you understand how to reach it yourself, so that you can use those skills independently. If something doesn’t make sense, we’ll approach it from a different angle until it does. I’ll encourage you to share your ideas, challenge interpretations and develop your own voice as a writer. You can expect our lessons to be friendly, engaging and focused on your individual goals. My aim is for you to finish each session feeling more confident than when you started — and hopefully with a little more enjoyment of English too!
