I have a wide range of experience in careers related to biology. I have worked as an academic researcher in applied molecular biology biotechnology, a PCR scientist during the pandemic, and now work in wastewater treatment regulation and strategic environmental planning. have a BSc Hons in Cellular and Molecular Biology and MSc in Industrial Biotechnology, and have developed learning resources for teaching biology and evolution for all ages when i worked as an Ambassador for the Faculty of Science, Agriculture and Engineering at Newcastle University. I am skilled in communicating complex ideas to both expert and non-expert audiences. I am hobbyist fish keeper, gardener and forager. I live and breathe science, biology and nature, as we all should!
