I give one to one online Pilates classes

I have done ballet most of my life and finished all my ballet RAD exams 2 years ago. During my years of learning ballet, Pilates has been a weekly activity that kept my body fit and healthy and well as strong and flexible. Pilates is perfect for anyone who wants to be lean and strong. My experience with Pilates will allow me to understand and tailor to individual needs and wants.
