I am passionate about supporting learners to identify and overcome any barriers they may have to learning. I believe the best way for deep learning to occur is through discovery, which is why I teach mainly through questioning combined with providing all the materials and resources the learner may require. As far as possible within the curriculum I encourage a student led approach. I believe that all students need to be relaxed and safe to reach their potential and I support them to achieve this by being friendly and approachable always being able to adapt my lessons to their learning style, and any addition educational needs.
