GCSE Maths Tutor: Online – All Exam Boards

Debby Adekore-Otu is a UK-based tutor in Maths, Computer Science, Physics, Chemistry and Biology, teaching online across all exam boards for £25/hour. She supports students at Key Stage 2, Key Stage 3 and GCSE.

She is currently working towards a BSc (Hons) in Mathematics and Computer Science at Nottingham Trent University and is a member of the Institute of Mathematics and its Applications (IMA). Her previous qualifications include three Distinctions in a Level 3 BTEC in Applied (Medical) Science, plus 9s in GCSE Psychology and Sociology.

Deborah has more than two years of online tutoring experience. Her teaching style is patient and nurturing, with a focus on growing students' confidence and easing any worries they have about the subject. She explains difficult topics clearly, one step at a time, and plans each lesson around the areas each student struggles with most.

After every lesson, Deborah sends a progress report, and she can set homework at no extra cost. She may also get in touch with students teachers or HODs to make sure the student has a well rounded learning experience.

Outside of tutoring, she volunteers with her church and with charities that support refugees and food banks, and she brings that same warmth and encouragement to every student she works with.
