I have a background in children's residential care, progressing to Team Leader, and currently volunteer in bereavement counselling. I am studying a Level 4 Diploma in Counselling Skills and Psychotherapy, alongside qualifications in breathwork and Reiki. My strengths include empathy, active listening, emotional awareness, communication and building trust. I take a person-centred, non-judgemental approach, creating a safe space where people feel heard, valued and understood.
