Mathematics Educator and Curriculum Designer

Hello everyone,

My name is Miteevardhan Singh Mourya, and I’m a Mathematics educator with 8+ years of experience in global EdTech learning environments, teaching students across the US, Canada, Europe, Asia, and Australia. I’ve worked with multiple curricula including IB, IGCSE, ICSE, and CBSE, which has helped me understand diverse learning styles and academic expectations.
My teaching philosophy is built around conceptual clarity, logical reasoning, and personalized learning. I first try to identify each student’s learning fingerprint—how they process ideas, where they face challenges, and what learning strategies work best for them. Based on this, I design tailored lesson plans that make learning structured and effective.
In my classes, I emphasize deep conceptual understanding rather than rote memorization, often connecting mathematics with visual thinking and real-life applications.
I also encourage productive struggle, where students actively think, explore different strategies, and develop independent problem-solving skills and confidence.
My goal is to create a supportive and intellectually engaging environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, thinking critically, and gradually building strong mathematical intuition.
