I am a receptive and patient person, with empathy towards others that need more guidance. This will help me in the tutoring role as i’ll be able to guide students and cater for their learning requirements - some may be more advanced than others, whilst some may just be at the starting point of their statistics journey. My experience as a sports leader and prefect developed my ability to communicate with students openly so that they felt comfortable communicating back, and felt they had a figure they could rely on when struggling.
