Biology and French Tutur open to tutoring various age

I am a dedicated and approachable tutor specialising in GCSE Biology and French. I am currently pursuing a PhD at the University of Portsmouth, with a strong academic background in Biochemistry, which allows me to break down complex biological concepts into clear, understandable explanations for students.

For Biology, I focus on helping students build a solid understanding of key topics while also developing exam techniques needed to achieve top grades. My experience in research and laboratory science means I can make the subject more engaging by linking concepts to real-world applications.

Alongside this, I offer French tutoring as a native speaker from Cameroon. I achieved an A Grade in my GCE French and have previous experience tutoring peers during my studies, many of whom improved their confidence and went on to pass successfully. I particularly enjoy helping students with speaking, pronunciation, and building fluency, while also supporting reading and writing skills required for GCSE exams.

I aim to create a supportive and encouraging learning environment where students feel confident to ask questions and make progress at their own pace. My goal is not only to help students succeed in their exams but also to develop their confidence and interest in the subject.
