I’m the kind of person who notices the small details others miss, it’s basically a requirement in corporate actions, where one wrong number can cause real problems. That same instinct shows up in how I teach: I won’t just show you the formula, I’ll make sure you actually understand why it works, so it sticks.

I also just genuinely like listening and figuring out how someone learns best, rather than repeating the same explanation until it magically clicks. Some students need more real-world examples, some need to slow down and rebuild the basics. I adjust either way.
