Want to learn piano properly — not just pick out a few notes?

Great piano teacher. Knows teaching inside and out. Very happy with Gabe.

Gabe has the education and experience background. I have found Gabe to be very upfront honest and super helpful. He taylor’s each lesson to my needs. We pick up where we left off each time we meet. We kind of don't know where its gonna go when we start but it goes where I need. The lessons are super laid back and we have fun. Gabe is my second teacher since I started playing bass. What I have found out through working with him is, if you don't understand something, he creates an atmosphere that is comfortable so you can just tell him. And then he shows you. It doesn't get any simpler than that. Thanks Gabe. Looking forward to seeing whats next.

I have been taking piano lessons for 4 years with Gabe having no piano experience before, but having many years experience with other instruments (primarily guitar and bass). Gabe took time to cater my lesson plan to integrate fundamentals with songs I wanted to learn. He spends time to explain piano theory and relate concepts to guitar to help me connect and learn quickly. He is also very understanding and flexible with lesson times. I have enjoyed his teaching style and look forward to our lessons!
