My teaching approach is structured but highly individualized. At the beginning of our work together, we clarify your goals — whether that’s singing confidently at open mics, accompanying yourself at the piano, improving pitch accuracy, strengthening technique, or preparing for auditions and recordings.

From there, I design a clear progression plan tailored to your level and learning style.

Each lesson typically includes:

• Targeted technical exercises (voice or piano)
• Applied repertoire work
• Rhythm and ear-training development
• Musical understanding (theory integrated practically)
• A clear, written practice plan for the week

I place strong emphasis on building independence. My goal is not just to help you play or sing better during lessons — but to equip you with the tools to practice effectively on your own.

Many adult students struggle with inconsistency, overthinking, or lack of structure. I help simplify the process so progress feels steady and measurable rather than overwhelming.

I also understand the psychology of adult learning. Confidence, mindset, and accountability are part of the process. You’ll receive honest, constructive feedback delivered in a supportive and professional way.
