Hardworking and understanding. Struggling students who want to excel.

I have taught lots of students privately and they have excelled in their exams. I am very flexible with my teaching style and adapt to the students’ wants and needs. I use lots of practice exam questions and I go through examples of how to answer them then I use a similar question so that the student can have a go. After every topic I do a ten-minute test. I frequently test the students to see if they remember old topics. I usually do one-to-one lessons since I can then give my full attention to the student. For most of the time I listen to my student and see what they struggle with, and then make a plan according to that. For me the student is in control, I just make plans according to that. I can also teach other topics in GCSE not just chemistry.
