With my experience of teaching all ages i can target my teaching towards any age

I have 32 years of experience in the education system in the UK. I have worked across all key stages including teaching adults English as a second language. Currently I do supply work in a secondary school with a recruitment agency. My role is to support students with learning disabilities in lessons. First I will assess the student’s ability then using various resources will pitch teaching at the right level. I will build on the student’s experience of the language. Speaking and listening will be key as well as the written language skills. Each session will be evaluated at the end and feedback will be taken on board to adjust the following teaching lessons. Targets will be set for short term as well as long term.
