I have 20+ years experience as a chef and most recently 10 years as a Chef Lecturer at college.
I also hold a level 4 qualification in food safety for management which I teach to level 3.
I can help menu and recipe development along with costings and a wide range of cooking skills from basic knife skills/care to advanced preparation and cooking techniques across meat, fish, poultry sauces, pasta and much, much more.
