I am a PhD researcher in Chemical Engineering with a strong background in food science research and a passion for helping students achieve their academic goals. I believe that science should be engaging, practical, and easy to understand. My teaching approach focuses on simplifying complex concepts through clear explanations, real-world examples, interactive discussions, and guided problem-solving. I tailor each lesson to suit individual learning styles, helping students build confidence, strengthen their understanding, and succeed academically.
I provide support to students from secondary school to university level in Biochemistry, Biology, General Science, and specialist areas of Food Science and Technology. My expertise lies in food fermentation, food microbiology, food biochemistry, food safety and hygiene, food processing, product development and reformulation, quality assurance, and current issues in food science. I have practical experience in designing and conducting scientific investigations, troubleshooting experimental challenges, interpreting results, and applying scientific principles to solve food production problems.
In addition to subject-specific teaching, I support undergraduate and postgraduate students with scientific report writing, laboratory reports, analytical reporting, data interpretation, research projects, and dissertation guidance.
