I am a PhD researcher in Chemical Engineering with a strong background in food science research and a passion for helping students achieve their academic goals. I believe that science should be engaging, practical, and easy to understand. My teaching approach focuses on simplifying complex concepts through clear explanations, real-world examples, interactive discussions, and guided problem-solving. I tailor each lesson to individual learning styles, helping students build confidence, strengthen their understanding, and succeed academically.

I support students from secondary school to university level in Biochemistry, Biology, General Science, and specialist areas of Food Science and Technology. My expertise includes food fermentation, food microbiology, food biochemistry, food safety and hygiene, food processing, product development and reformulation, quality assurance, and current issues in food science. I also have practical experience in designing scientific investigations, troubleshooting experimental challenges, interpreting results, and applying scientific principles to solve food production problems.

My lessons are interactive, supportive, and goal-oriented. Depending on each student's needs, sessions may include exam preparation, revision strategies, practice questions, scientific discussions, coursework support, and constructive feedback on assignments. Drawing on my research experience, I encourage critical thinking and help students understand not only what to learn, but why scientific principles matter and how they apply in real-world situations.

In addition, I provide guidance to undergraduate with laboratory reports, data interpretation, scientific report writing, research projects, dissertation preparation, and analytical reporting. Whether you are preparing for exams, completing coursework, or undertaking a research project, I aim to create a positive and encouraging learning environment that supports academic success and fosters a genuine interest in science.
