GCSE/IGCSE Maths and Physics Tutor

I have several years of teaching experience with students from different academic backgrounds and international curricula. I have taught Physics and Maths at secondary and higher-secondary levels, including GCSE, IGCSE and Scottish qualifications, as well as students preparing for examinations.

My teaching methodology focuses on building a strong conceptual understanding rather than relying on memorisation. I break complex Physics topics into simple, manageable ideas and use real-life examples, diagrams, step-by-step explanations and problem-solving techniques to make lessons engaging and easier to understand. For exam preparation, I place particular emphasis on understanding the syllabus, practising past-paper questions, identifying common mistakes and developing effective exam techniques. I also adapt my lessons according to each student’s level, learning pace and individual goals. I believe that every student can improve in Physics and Maths with the right guidance and a supportive learning environment. My aim is not only to help students achieve better grades, but also to develop their confidence and ability to solve problems independently.
