Do you want to learn Italian, or Latin?

I have been trying, on and off, to learn Italian for more than thirty years and never in all that time have I tapped into a resource more valuable than Susanna’s teaching. She is understanding, calm, precise, utterly reliable, dedicated and kind. She is astute, which means that she identifies the areas on which you as a student need to focus and she is flexible, which means that she adapts her lessons to address those very areas. She is also funny, cultured, hugely intelligent and hugely well-informed, which means she is a pleasure to talk and be with. She is the sort of person who makes you genuinely want to improve and I can’t recommend her too highly. I’d like to say, thank you so much Susanna. Or, better, “grazie tante”!

I cannot recommend Susanna highly enough!! She is so patient and kind and dedicated, she explains everything clearly, and she structures each lesson in responsive and imaginative ways. As an independent adult learner, I have struggled in the past to find tutors who met my specific study requirements (i.e. finding ways to balance study with full-time work). But after just a few months, I am much more confident with my Italian and feel inspired and excited to keep learning with Susanna! If you are looking for the perfect Italian tutor, then look no further!
