In teaching, I would start by understanding what learners need, set clear goals, and make things interesting and interactive. I would share information in different ways, welcome questions, and give helpful feedback. Tech would be used when it makes sense, and I'd check in with everyone's understanding. If someone needs more time, I would want to stay and make them understand more deeply. The key is to keep learning, adjust as needed, and make it a journey, not just a class.
