I like to learn about my students and what they need to help them focus on those goals with fun and confidence building techniques

I have over 15 years of experience mainly with individual or small groups of adults learning professional English. I have also taught groups of students, sometimes in 4 day seminars. Students have ranged in levels from absolute beginner to high proficiency and from all kinds of industries, departments and goals. I shift my techniques depending on whether students want to pass exams, negotiate better with native speakers, or feel more confident with the basics in an increasingly English speaking world. I encourage students to speak as much as possible and to gear towards getting as much English input as they can.
