Maths, Biology and Chemistry tutor for KS2-GCSE students.

My lessons are personalised to each student, as I understand that everyone learns differently. I begin by identifying the student’s current level, strengths and areas they find challenging, then use this to structure lessons around their individual needs. I explain concepts clearly and break more difficult topics into smaller, manageable steps before giving students opportunities to practise independently. I use a mixture of questioning, worked examples, exam-style questions and active discussion to make lessons engaging rather than simply talking through content. For GCSE students, I also focus on exam technique, applying knowledge to unfamiliar questions and understanding what examiners are looking for. I regularly check understanding throughout the lesson and adapt my approach if something is not clear. My aim is not only to help students achieve better results, but also to build their confidence and help them become more independent learners.
