We currently have our Speed Training Programme as a 1:1 Course for those with sporting backgrounds and would like to learn and refine the sprinting techniques further, Agility or even explosive Power to help you enable to sprint faster for the chosen sport(s) within schools and/or sports clubs.
As well as to understand the different speed training programmes that will help you further when working towards to your own desired goals for Fat Loss, Sports Specific, Power and Strength. This course is suitable for Youths as well as Adults whatever age your starting out whether it's to gain athletic development or recreational use. This course has been highly popular from our Strength and Conditioning Group Sessions such as "Sprint Speed Camp", so if your not confident mixing with group sessions, then our 1:1 programme for this course is more suitable to your needs.
This Course thereafter will progress you to commit into our S&C 1:1 Personal Training Service to continue with our Sessions further, or we would be able to signpost you elsewhere back to your school/sports club to continue and use the speed skills further with your sporting goals. The Speed Training Programme has a variety of Face-2-Face Courses available as well as our Online/Remote Training Programme.
