Every student is different, so I start by understanding what you would like to achieve and what is currently getting in the way. Whether you are struggling with organisation, time management, motivation, confidence, study skills or simply feeling overwhelmed, I will help you break things down into manageable steps and develop strategies that work for you.

As an Associate Professor and Academic Adviser, I have supported students from a wide range of backgrounds through academic and personal challenges. My approach is supportive, practical and non-judgemental. Together we will identify your strengths, build confidence and create realistic plans that help you make progress towards your goals.

I have a particular interest in supporting neurodivergent students, including those with ADHD, but I welcome any student looking to improve their confidence, focus, organisation or academic performance.
