I am an applied microbiologist at University of East Anglia (UEA) with an enthusiasm to learn, share knowledge and educate

Over the years I have been on both sides of private tutoring, as the student and as the tutor, and I have developed a good understanding of what works for some students may not work for others. I have 8 years of experience in delivering KS3 and GCSE STEM subjects and have thoroughly enjoyed working with my students. Seeing students fulfil their potential and being in a comfortable position before starting their post-16 pathways has been incredibly rewarding. Before tutoring begins, I like to be informed of the examining body you/your child is with as well as the level of study so that I can be as well prepared as possible to ensure that we make the most out of our lessons, getting the best value for your experience.

At Sixth Form, I studied Biology, Chemistry and Maths at A-Level. Whilst I am a trained microbiologist and therefore specialise in Biology, I am confident tutoring yourself or your child the following subjects:
