Experience in Experimental Physics and Materials Science. Help students in writing and critical and understanding of research

I hold a Doctoral degree in Engineering with knowledge and understanding in Materials Science and Experimental Physics. For last 10 years I am attached with a manufacturing unit based on research related to my Doctoral degree. I am offering help to different research students from my Doctoral degree period. I first try to understand their work and then try to perform a critical analysis of their research work. This helps them to have confidence in them so that they could write their research papers and dissertation without any fear.
I always try to help the students in every aspects of their research work as being a researcher I could understand their mind set.
