Aarav Gupta

Hello! I am Aarav, a young, yet experienced, tutor who is able to help you or your child excel in English, Maths, History or Media Studies.

I can tailor to any specification, ability or skill to ensure success. Personally, in these subjects I have been attaining high grades and am able to share my knowledge with students.

I believe that the most efficient learning comes from working on areas of the specification that students find hardest, so I will always ask if there is a preference on what to study before I make a lesson plan.

My lessons are tailored to have the student in control, where they are free to ask or answer questions. I will always do a "I do, We do, You do" approach in teaching sessions, where appropriate. This means that the student can see what to do, and then do it with my help and eventually be confident to do it independently.

While I personally have experience with Eduqas for English Language, Literature and Media Studies and Edexcel for History and Maths at GCSE level, I am able to adapt to any exam board like AQA and OCR.

I tutor to help students who want to succeed to achieve their goals, which is why I put emphasis on exam questions that have come up and that I think might come up.
