I teach by creating an inclusive, structured, and engaging learning environment where learners understand the purpose of each activity and can actively participate. I use clear explanations, modelling, guided practice, and independent tasks, adapting my approach to meet different learning needs, including those of neurodiverse learners. I regularly check understanding through questioning and formative assessment, provide timely feedback, and encourage reflection so learners can build confidence and make measurable progress towards their goals.
