Personal development, traing and coaching

I have more than 32 years of teaching experience, in Secondary schools but also have experience of primary, Post 16 and Adult environments. I have more than 25 years plus in Leaderships and Senior Management roles. I was attracted to this from a personnel coaching and training perspective as this is where I would say I shines spending due to a background in Pastoral and Safeguarding work.
