Current secondary English teacher from KS3 through to GCSE and A level. I am an exam marker which means that I can support students in making accelerated progress as they approach their examinations.

I have over 10+ years of experience of teaching and subject leadership in Devon schools. I have a range of interests and experience which include:

- explicitly teaching academic writing skills to support students in achieving grades 7-9;
- scaffolding learning to facilitate confidence and progress with students with SEN;
- students on the 3/4 borderline at risk of having to retake English within further study;
- KS3 confidence booster sessions.

I can also offer 11+ preparation.
