Hi, I’m Tom.
Have you been looking for a non-judgmental, safe space, to learn more about managing your mental health and wellbeing?
I am passionate about promoting positive coping strategies, offering a psychologically safe space to talk and adopting a strengths-based approach to supporting people to function more effectively day-to-day.
I’m not a clinician or a qualified therapist, however, I am a qualified teacher and current Mental Health Professional (5+ years experience in this field).
I can help with employability skills, reflective practice, facilitating an environment to debrief, increase your confidence and motivation as well as some practical tools for mindfulness, routine and managing your mental health.
All of my sessions are online, and will be relaxed, structured and bespoke.
