Advert description
I work as a student life coach using a calm, relational, and SEND-informed approach. My skills are grounded in degree-level study in Special Educational Needs and Disabilities, alongside advocacy work with children, young people, and families, and my own lived experience of navigating education systems that don’t always fit the individual. In my online sessions, I help students make sense of how their minds and nervous systems work, identify what’s contributing to overwhelm or self-doubt, and develop practical strategies for emotional regulation, confidence, motivation, and self-advocacy. I don’t tell students what they should do or try to “fix” them; instead, I offer a safe, non-judgemental space where we reflect together, build understanding, and create realistic tools that fit their lives. My focus is on strengths, clarity, and agency, helping students feel understood, capable, and more in control of their learning and wellbeing.
