My approach as a coach is human-centred, practical and strengths-based. I draw on experience from criminal justice, behavioural understanding and lived experience of navigating challenge, disruption and change to help individuals make sense of what’s getting in their way and build sustainable habits that support themselves. Rather than focusing solely on outcomes, I work with people to understand patterns of behaviour, motivation, stress and self-belief, helping them develop structure, realistic routines and personal accountability. Sessions are reflective but grounded, combining conversation, goal-setting and practical strategies so people leave with clarity, confidence and tools they can apply immediately in their lives
