My coaching sessions are structured, human-centred and practical, designed to support individuals who are struggling with motivation, focus, confidence or direction in their studies or personal development. My coaching sessions are structured, human-centred and practical, designed to support individuals who are struggling with motivation, focus, confidence or direction in their studies or personal development. Each session provides a calm, non-judgemental space where people can step back from pressure, evaluate and make sense of what’s really influencing their behaviour, habits and decision-making.

Sessions typically combine guided conversation, reflection and practical tools. We begin by clarifying what feels difficult right now and potential triggers — whether that’s workload, stress, avoidance, self-doubt or feeling overwhelmed — and then explore the patterns behind it. Rather than focusing on blame or quick fixes, I help clients understand how stress, environment, beliefs and past experiences shape behaviour, and how small, realistic changes can create momentum.

The dynamic is collaborative rather than directive. I don’t tell people what they “should” or “shouldn’t” do; instead, I work with them to identify achievable goals, build structure and develop habits that support consistency and self-trust. Sessions often include practical strategies such as breaking tasks down, creating routines, managing energy rather than time, and strengthening accountability between sessions; empowering the ability to self manage, regulate and improve consistently.

My background spans criminal justice, behavioural understanding and human-centred work, alongside lived experience of navigating personal challenge, neurodiversity and disruption. This allows me to work with empathy and understanding while maintaining clear boundaries and purpose. Clients often describe sessions as grounding, clarifying and confidence-building, leaving with both insight and practical steps they can apply immediately in their lives.
