Teaching is tailored to individual needs. I have worked in Statutory and Non-Statutory Services for 38 years. I have a BA Honours in Social Work (1994-1997) Approved Mental Health Professional qualification (2001) Practice Teaching Award (2007) Cruse Counselling - Bereavement Counsellor Accredited (1996) When completing my degree I obtained a Student Mentoring Participation Certificate-supporting students (1996) I have found most students needs differ. By communication and listening to the individuals needs a plan of support can be attained. Issues could be personal/emotional, professional, health needs - and financial etc Looking at the individual holistically assists the assessment of need.
