I teach by creating a supportive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment where all learners feel valued. I plan clear lessons with specific objectives, use a variety of teaching methods (discussion, practical activities, visuals, and questioning), and adapt my approach to meet different learning needs. I regularly assess understanding through questioning and feedback, and I encourage learners to reflect, participate, and develop confidence and independencin their learning.
