My name is Camille and I come from the southern part of France.
I have been a Celta certified teacher since February 2024, teaching both face-to-face to full classes or on 1-to-1, as well as remotely, to adults and children, from begginers to advanced levels, from simple conversation to preparation of exam.
Being a non-native English speaker and speaking myself 4 languages gives me the knowledge and the ability to teach you more thoroughly, while handing over a couple of my tips to make it easier to learn!
The focus of my English teaching is to help students, and especially French speakers master their pronunciation and fluency. Furthermore, I assist those who are interested in achieving the Cambridge Exam or the IELTS.
I tailor my classes after the first lesson together, so that you can make the most of our time together. I make sure lessons are enjoyable, while still beneficial. As a Celta qualified teacher, I strive to focus on 2 main skills at a time: whether Reading and Vocabulary or Listening and Grammar. Speaking being the most important skill, it’s a vital component of my classes. I am very open to feedback and ideas; therefore, if the student wants to focus on something particular, likes a topic or just wants to go out of the boxe, I gladly follow their ideas, making sure it is pleasant, yet useful for them.
There are two crucial rules with me though: don’t be afraid of making mistakes, and have fun! Try it out!
