Combined and Triple Science GCSE tutor with Chemistry PhD, qualified teacher of 17 years in outstanding Science College

I teach all three Sciences at all levels with enthusiasm and passion and enjoy seeing my students growing in confidence and knowledge. I love teaching students of all ages and abilities, and have done this for 17 year with outstanding results. As head of Science in an outstanding school for the past 9 years, and an examiner for Edexcel, I am extremely knowledgeable on the Science curriculum and specialise in preparing students for GCSE and 'A' level Chemistry exams with a wealth of tried and tested exam tips. I encourage my students to use strategies that enhance their long term memory and support them with independent study; developing confident and competent learners.
I've enjoyed tutoring students for the past 5 years and I am fully experienced in teaching online lessons safely, as both group and individual sessions. My lessons are engaging and interactive and I have received fantastic feedback from my students who, not only have improved their performance by at least 2 grades over a short timeframe, have felt fully supported in the process.
