Ultimately, muscles are not a hindrance in any way if you train and develop the body the right way. In fact it enhances your body in every possible aspect which should co align with making your everyday life better and easier.

I successfully developed personalised training programs tailored to clients' individual needs, resulting in an average client satisfaction rate of 100%. I develop and create my Very own exercises and everything I developed through trial and error as well as extensive research and practice. Although I do hold certifications from YMCAfit level 2 and level 3 in PT and human nutrition however I believe qualifications for personal trainers doesn’t reflect my capabilities.
