I have 2 years’ experience teaching 15+ students through one-to-one and group lessons. I founded and led a Further Maths club, planning weekly lessons and supporting students with exam preparation and revision. I have helped students improve by up to two grades and achieved A* in A-level Maths, A in Further Maths and A in Physics. I am confident teaching GCSE and A-level Maths and Further Maths. I believe understanding comes first, and the grades will follow. I will identify each student’s strengths and gaps, then build their understanding through clear explanations and worked examples. I will adapt my teaching to each student and gradually encourage them to solve questions independently. I will also use exam-style questions, revision strategies and spaced repetition to build confidence, problem-solving skills and exam technique.
