I am a private tutor currently, my student has gone from a 4 to a 6 in GCSE chemistry in the month and a week I have taught them. Last week I was informed that she has won an award from her school for her drastic improvement of her understanding and achievements in the subject I tutor her in. I have tilted each lesson to her need by planning and preparing beforehand resource resources to improve her understanding. I am comfortable tutoring GCSE triple and combined chemistry and biology.
