My lessons are conducted with Clear learning objectives, active learning coupled with regular constructive feedback and reflection
I employ a variety of teaching methods to cater to different learning styles; people learn in different ways. Some are Visual (learn by seeing), Audio (learn best by hearing), Read-write (learn best when they read and make notes) and some are Kinaesthetic (learn by doing). My teaching style utilizes collaborative learning, project based learning and technology based learning.
To the very best, I use visual aids such as slides, diagrams, and videos to help reinforce key concepts and make the presentations more engaging.
I ensure I follow up with my learners beyond the lesson to see how they are applying what they learned and provide additional support and guidance as needed.
